Initial clinical consultation for disease management and control include:

​

• Initial Consultation = 1.5 to 2 hours 

• Report of Findings = 1 hour (To be scheduled 1 week after Initial Consultation)

• Customized Ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations and treatments are composed for the individual client. 

​

*A completed “Patient Intake Form” is required to be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your Initial Consultation appointment. These forms will be emailed to you once your consultation is booked. 

​

* The Initial Consultation consists of a review of the Patient Intake Form and a simple physical exam, which includes, the observations of physical characteristics, bone structure, hair, nails, skin, pulse, tongue and more to provide the Ayurvedic Practitioner more information to determine the client’s natural constitution and energetic imbalances. After the consultation has been concluded, research will be done to help compose unique recommendations, bodywork services and Ayurvedic remedies for the client to incorporate in their daily lives.

*The Report of Findings provides the practitioner the opportunity to present any and all findings to the client about their Doshic Constitution and Imbalances and recommend an Ayurvedic treatment plan and options to further educate on any relevant Ayurvedic topics to their customized process.

Check-Ups and Further Plan Implementation

• Follow-up visit = 1 hour 

• Regular visits are recommended to be beneficial and effective when evaluating progress and to experience maximum results. 

• A minimum of 6 follow-up visits are recommended. 

• Follow-up visits are necessary to re-evaluate previous health and lifestyle recommendations and to modify accordingly and accurately and the progress of herbal remedies previously provided. 

• Further customized Ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations and treatments are composed for the individual client.

• These meetings also give the client the opportunity to address any new issues, aliments, and questions.
