Tranquility Wellness Ayurvedic Clinic and Spa is dedicated to providing traditional Ayurvedic herbal healthcare wellness services and quality education to the public. Where individuals can experience a process where chronic pain and disease are greatly reduced and often eliminated through detoxifying and rejuvenating Ayurvedic therapies.

It is the goal of the Tranquility Wellness Ayurvedic Clinic and Spa to provide its services with the utmost caring and compassionate personal approach. We strive to listen carefully and understand our patient’s condition and goals in order for us to establish and exceed their wellness expectations. 

 

We offer traditional Ayurveda consultations both in person and over the telephone or video conferencing.  The consultation process includes inquiring about your wellness concerns and goals, review of your family medical history, and providing recommendations. The initial consultation lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours and recommended for a minimum of 6 weekly follow-up visits. We assess the client through discussion and inquiry, physical observation, pulse diagnosis and tongue diagnosis. Recommendations may include diet and lifestyle, and herbal remedies. External bodyworks therapies may be recommended such as Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage, Shirodhara, Panchakarma, among many others.  We have a consultation office available for your convenience.

Tranquility Wellness Ayurvedic Clinic and Spa was founded by Diane Whiting in 2016. 

Diane Whiting is a Licensed Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner and Vocational Nurse. 

 

Tranquility Wellness provides an Ayurvedic Herbal Healthcare influenced by Ayurvedic science and over 32 years of specializing in pediatrics, OB/GYN, geriatrics, Alzheimer’s, orthopedics, diabetes, cancer, auto-immune diseases and special needs children.

Diane is experienced in working with patients with a variety of health concerns including: ADHD, cancer, diabetes, asthma, eczema, weight loss, addictions, anxiety, depression, and anger in both children and adults.

After surviving diabetes and breast cancer, Diane turned her focus towards Ayurveda in 2014 and became a certified Practitioner from the California College of Ayurveda in 2016 with certifications in Bodywork Therapies including; Swedana, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Dough Basti and Marma Therapy.

Diane has a well trained background in Ayurvedic medicine and can implement many different therapy techniques to help restore and balance your body, mind and spirit.

Diane Whiting aims to empower and guide her patients to have healthier lifestyles, improve diet and conquer a variety of health concerns to a greater health and wellbeing.
